We do not:

• Provide legal advice
• Guarantee savings or refunds
• Identify confirmed billing errors
• Negotiate on your behalf
• Contact your provider or insurer

2. Informational Purpose Only

All information provided by our service is for informational purposes only. Our analysis identifies charges that are commonly questioned or may be worth clarifying, but we make no claims about whether any charge is incorrect, improper, or erroneous.

You are responsible for verifying all information with your healthcare provider, billing department, or insurance company.

3. Payment Terms

Our service is free if we do not identify any charges worth reviewing ("no findings"). If we identify charges that may be worth clarifying ("findings"), you may purchase a full report with detailed explanations and scripts for a one-time fee.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been purchased and accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your report, please contact us.

5. Privacy and Data

6. Limitation of Liability
